Thank you for visiting the Chisholm Farm at Stratham website, brought to by the development team of Katz Development Corporation and Stonegate Construction Corporation. Since 1990, this team has built nearly 450 homes in 16 communities in Eastern Massachusetts and the Seacoast of New Hampshire. This team is also one of the early pioneers of the Active Adult concept and their Wayside at Chelmsford Community received the 2001 Gold Prism Award for "Best Active Adult Community" from the Builder's Association of Greater Boston.
